I found this while playing.

The Melnorme will not fill your fuel tanks to the maximum if they are empty. On top of that, if you fill your tanks partially, and then fill them to the top, the Melnorme won't charge you. They'll even give you the credits you spent on filling it up before hand back.

Yes, if you fill your tanks to the maximum, the Melnorme give you 1 credit. This has already been reported, though.

Aye, i can confirm this one.
Melnorme says something like 'your ships fuel tanks cannot hold that capasity.' Ofcourse you can just buy 1 unit first, and then fill the tanks
