UQM Loader 1.2 (for UQM 0.4)

New version of my UQM Loader available. Few changes and additions to support 0.4 better.

version 1.2 (UQM 0.4 compatible; and up?)
- New: Intro type can be selected
- New: Extra custom parameters if you happen to need something not supported yet (on About page). These are appended to the command line, so you can  override settings set by the gui as well
- New: Triscan graphics scaling mode added
- Changed: Melee Scaling -> Melee Zoom

This is an essential tool since the UQM in-game options are not so user-friendly yet.
